The Balkan History Association has signed a cooperation agreement with the Institute of Cultural Heritage in Chișinău, the main institution in the Republic of Moldova which conducts scientific research and organizes a doctoral school in the fields of Archaeology, Ethnology, and Art Studies. The purpose of the cooperation is to promote the archaeological, ethno-cultural, and artistic heritage of the Republic of Moldova as well as the historical, cultural, linguistic, social, economic, and political connection with Romania and South-Eastern Europe. The association is represented by its president, Mihai Dragnea, and vice-president, Dorina Dragnea. The institute is represented by its director, Ion Ursu, and scientific secretary, Natalia Grădinaru.
