BHA was represented by its president Mihai Dragnea at the 8th Zagreb Security Forum 2023 (“Transatlantic Cooperation and New Security Architecture”), organized between 20 and 21 October by the Hybrid Warfare Research Institute (Croatia) and St. George Association (Croatia) in partnership with the University of Defense and Security “Franjo Tuđman” (Croatia), Bar-Ilan University (Israel), Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Office for Croatia and Slovenia), Research Institute for European and American Studies (Greece) and the International Intelligence History Association (Germany), and supported by the NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme. Accommodation and transport expenses were supported by the organizers.
With Gordan Akrap, the president of the Hybrid Warfare Research Institute in Zagreb and main organizer of the Zagreb Security Forum since 2016.
